Long pool swim with friends

Day off of work to swim a 12.5km set at Nepean Sportsplex. Grateful for swimming buds, not sure I would have stuck it out as long as I did had others not been in the pool too. Ice pack in the freezer, blankie and pillow on the sofa, I'm down for a nap!
