Canadian Masters Nationals. 1500 free done, I actually added on 11 seconds but considering how gross I felt I'm quite thrilled. The pool is warm, add flip turns to that = I spent the last half of the swim praying I wouldn't throw up. Ah, the glamorous life of swimming. But, 6th place in my age group, woot woot!
