I had a pretty great swim this morning, thanks to Diane and the friendly folks with TriDubai. I’m kinda shy, jumping into unfamiliar territory is often challenging for me. And people...you’ll never believe it, I swam in the ocean and didn’t get eaten by whatever lurks below!! I did bump into several jellies further off shore, and was told about the little poisonous sea snakes only after the swim was over. Yikes! Totally worth it, we swam as the sun came up behind skyscrapers along the shoreline, and sighted off the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in the distance. Big thanks to Diane, who also introduced me to a great local coffee place and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast to fuel back up. Fun morning 😊
