Good eats: tomato cheese tart

Supper tonight was a tomato tart my cousin likes to make when I visit, but made low carb. Delish! This recipe is gluten-free, low sugar and lchf friendly.
Crust: mix the following in a food processor, press into the bottom and sides of a prepared cake pan (with removable bottom. 225gr almond flour, 1/4 cup butter, softened, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt. Bake at 350 for 25 mins.
Filling: spread 1/4 cup mustard on bottom and sides of crust, sprinkle in 3 cups grated cheese (I used a mix of smoked and aged white cheddar), thick 1" tomato slices, sprinkle your favourite seasoned salt on top. Bake 15-20 mins or until tomatoes are soft. Sprinkle liberally with fresh basil.
NC for entire crust recipe = 18.7, the rest depends on the ingredients you add.
