Chilly swim with friends in the Ottawa River this morning. Air temp 10C(50F), water about 12-13C(53.6-55.4F), breezy air. Diane was escorted in by a fearless duck. We stayed in for about 45mins. How the heck did it get cold this quickly?!? Happy to be outside, and to be cold again...
