The last couple of years, I've gotten better at setting limits for myself that are reasonable and healthy. I hurt my wrist and arm a few months ago, and decided to drop down to a 10km at Kingdom Swim. Sad not to bust the border on the 25km this year with my friends, but good with my decision. Ever needed to stretch your ulnar (outer) side of your wrist, leading into your forearm? Here's a good one, hold it for 3-4 mins if you can, adjust to go deeper after a bit. Beauty of it is you can do it anywhere, sitting, standing, laying down. Just maybe not in your car while waiting for the lights to turn, kinda looks like you're throwing a gang sign. Is there a gang for achy aging swimmers? Dunno.

Happy Wednesday!
