Salad made from farm fresh greens - lettuce, arugula and pea shoots. We just picked up our first farm basket, missed the Ottawa pickup window so drove out to the farm itself in Quebec on Saturday. Really friendly people. In the basket were radishes, kohlrabi, white turnip, red lettuce, arugula/shoot mix, garlic scapes, kale.
