Rehab: psoas, illiac, hip flexor

Today I said the f-word on the massage table, loud and clear. Stretching out the psoas, illiac, hip flexor. Why? To help release forward pulling in my frontal areas which results in compression of the spine in the lower back region. Will be doing deep warrior pose to continue working on this area. And watching my potty mouth. Maybe.
