Swimming with the rents

We have indeed been swimming, every day I've been here in Nova Scotia visiting the folks! My dad, on the left, turns 70 in 2 days. 20 years ago this August, he swam the masters worlds open water race in Montreal, and since masters worlds is in Montreal again this August, we'll be swimming the race together! Parents, put your kiddies in swimming, it's a lifelong gift...
