I probably don't need to tell you how passionate I am about swimming and access to water, I'm proud to say the National Capital Open Water Swimmers Alliance (NCOWSA) is now up and running. A voice for the swimming community in the NCR region - one of many voices, we hope. It's a long time coming. For some background on the issues, see this post.
