As a response to increase in traffic and complaints from locals, access to parking lots was restricted overnight until 7am in the mornings, which meant many swimmers couldn't get a morning workout during the week. Why does it matter so much? Swimmable water should be accessible to all, especially when it's one of the few escapes you have during a pandemic...
