Lake George check-in, clocked 23 miles/37km in just a little over 2 weeks. It adds up fast if you chip away at it day by day. The majority was logged as swimming open water, but I did add a few resistance band "swimming" sessions too (clocking the band time equivalent to average swim time). Heading into the narrows now, the wider portion of the lake, hope it isn't too windy!!
