This girl just swam her first 200m in 7 weeks, very slow, gentle arms I had a physio consult this week, to see if there is anything they can do to support my recovery. I left with a gentle stretching and strengthening program, guidance on dealing with nerve pain, and reassurance that it's ok to move and normal to be sore at this point. Going for weekly sessions until I'm back in the swing of things.
