Sometimes I surprise even myself - 17km training day. Thought of Cindy, and focused on mindfulness, relaxed long stroke. Grateful for Shawn’s company, it’s always fun to stop at the wall and see someone you know.
Swim #1, 4.3km: 2 hrs club practice
Swim #2, 12.1km: long course, 4x3km steady
Swim #3, 600m: gym pool, cause rounding up, 17 sounds better to me than 16.4
