High tide aligned with the sunrise. Water -2.2C(28.04F), air -5C, winds 14km/h gusts to 30. Body good, cold on bare hands. Lots of surface ice in the mix, scraped my armpit real good, and a nick on my nose. Feels good to move in water again.
