Beautiful day! Cold training to prep for clubhouse swim in June, water 9.3C, brought out a thermos of warm peach mango biosteel, tied it to a small anchor and line. Got good and proper cold, recovery took 15-20mins, you even get a little shiver video while I warmed up inside. This swim is dedicated to Kathleene, friend and kayaker, I'll be seeing you real soon in Vermont for some swimmie fun on the water.
